The Control Unit PMC32B is located at the BTS. It is used to remotely control the antenna electrical tilt and uplink gain.
Modules are connected in a star or a chain multidrop configuration to a Master Control Unit.
The CU includes DC feedthrough the antenna's feeder, provides three monitoring status and supports Control and Management System implementation.
It covers the GSM1800 /UMTS /LTE2600 frequency range.
Local control operates via a RS232 and USB interface and each module has a manual backup control access. It requires "Progecell v2.1" software.
A CUs set is available in six modules mounted in 19 inches rack for Multi-band station and BS MIMO diversity.
