Typical Application

The 4-channel base station MDBS91502CD is used in conventional and trunked DMR radio system to provide high quality communication. The base station operates within the frequency range 136-179 MHz and provides high output power in hard environment conditions. The base station complies with ETSI TS 102 361 specifications and the operation is compatible with previous analog system.
Four multiplexed transceivers are connected to a single antenna and operate in 2-way duplex mode. Each transceiver provides 520 TDMA 12.5 KHz-spaced channels. The channel frequency and the uplink gain are remotely adjustable whereas four output power status per RF-channel are available depending on engineering requirements.
A single Control and Management System software "CMSNet" is used for both base station and Mobile Switching Controller management.
The base station is supplied in a 18TU height cabinet (model with extension -B for broadband multiplexer unit) and 24U height-rack cabinet (model with extension -S for selective multiplexer unit).
