Typical Application

QM series duplexer filters consist of high-Q resonators association used for coupling transmitters and receivers to a single antenna. Cavity resonators are inherent temperature compensation providing a very low frequency drift with temperature variation. They are 2U or 3U height 19 inches rack-mounted. They are available either with band-pass (suffix P model) or pass-reject (suffix R model) filters configuration.
The filter is suitable for the most difficult duplex mode installations where broad pass response is not tolerated. It is recommended to improve the receivers front-end selectivity and avoid channel blocking.
It is also used in noisy multi-band sites where many frequency bands operate one band very close to another. It provides a good suppression of undesired frequencies acting close to carriers. The filter may be convenient for channels expandability requirement.
