Typical Application

The optical transceiver module PMO12T is a dual wide band RF transcoder based on WDM technology using the wavelength range 1250-1320 / 1500-1570 nm. It covers the frequency range 700-2700 MHz. The RF transmitter signals are driven throughout a DFB laser to the optical fiber output, and the receiver optical signals are decoded to RF signals using a high performance photodiode.
The module is available in 3U height rack and is connected to the optical repeater Master Unit.
