Typical Application

The PLL synthesizer PLW38120 provides a low phase noise high output power synthesized frequency within the range 380-470 MHz. It is used in auto-tuned narrow band transmitters combiner and DMR radio system. Fast lock time is acheived by a control loop and a CMOS compatible serial interface built-in is used for data control.
It is available in a naked board format and in 1U height 19 inches rack.
